It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order.
If your order auto-filled the address information, that information came form cookies stored in your computer not our check-out screen.
During order fulfillment, we are NOT allowed to change the address once the order has been placed. Only the customer has the ability to change or alter any address before placing an order. Please make certain the following fields are updated and correct before placing an order:
- Address/PO Box
- Apartment Number (if applicable)
- Zip Code
- City, State
- Phone Number
If your order has an incorrect address we will need to wait for it to return to our facility prior to re-shipping your order to you. Please reach out to our customer success team so they can help you through this process.
